Is there a way to make the meeting attendees people who have accepted invite show in the list view of a calendar? The reason is, we have a shared calender for certain training webinars – so looks best in List view in outlook.

When people click on that calendar, I want them to see the webinar, date and time, and who is already accepted to attend. I can’t find a field for Accepted to attend to make as a column – in fact I can’t find that field at all in any outlook fields – wherever is it?

The specific thing I want to do is see the accepted attendees in List View – so that team members can glance at that calendar and check who is attending with just 1 click – no more.

Any ideas? Here is what I imagine what the calendar, in list view, would look like, if there was a field that contained the Accepted attendees. Of course, if my imaginary attendees actually were coming, I would be so stunned that I would probably forget all about Outlook altogether. That would be wonderful, I know how to manage fields, but not how to bring that data into a custom field – mainly because I just can’t see where that information is stored :.

BTW, if you want everyone to see the view, i would create a new view, for this folder, everyone and create a list view with the fields you need. Well, i can’t see a way to do with fields, since we can’t break out the recipient collection as individuals – but if you can run a macro on one computer, that can be used to create a list of attendees who accepted.
