You will need to run the downloaded setup file. At the User Account Control message, click Yes.
The Intuit Download Manager window will appear and start downloading the Quickbooks installation files. It may take some time for the files to download.
Google Chrome : Once the download completes, it will show up on a bar at the bottom left corner of the browser. Click on the downloaded file to open it. Then go to the Downloads menu in the top right of the browser looks like a downward pointing arrow and click on the downloaded file to open it. When the download is complete, the Intuit Download Manager window should close.

Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period and your subscription will terminate at that time.
You will not receive a prorated refund; your access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period.
